We want you to feel completely confident in every purchase you make at Vibes of Silence. If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help. Please read through the information below carefully before getting in touch with our team.


Your Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. We're unable to accept any requests made after this period has passed, so please reach out to us as soon as you have a concern about your order.


What We Accept

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items. To be eligible, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition, returned in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included. Only new, unworn items will be accepted — items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are missing original components may not be eligible upon inspection.


Return Postage & Fees

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We ask that you send your return via a trackable postal service of your choice, as we are unable to accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. Please note that your original delivery charge is non-refundable. We do not charge any restocking fees on any returned order.


How to Return Item

To begin your return, please send us an email at support@vibesofsilence.com with your order number and the reason you'd like to return your item. Our team will get back to you with a return authorisation and step-by-step instructions on how to proceed. Once authorised, please pack your item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided using a trackable service.


Your Refund

Once your return arrives with us, we'll inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 days. Please allow a little extra time for your bank or payment provider to process the amount on their end.


Exchanges

Rather swap for a different size, colour, or style? We'd love to help sort that out for you. Simply contact our customer support team and we'll take care of the exchange process from start to finish.


Non-Returnable Items

Some products are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene and safety reasons. Where this applies, it will be clearly noted in the product listing before you complete your purchase.
